Founded by 14 federal workers in 1921, NARFE has grown to be a major force on Capitol Hill and across the nation. NARFE is an effective and highly respected legislative voice for federal workers and retirees. At the field level, with 53 state and territorial federations and more than 1,740 local chapters, NARFE has a demonstrated record of success on many important issues. Members are kept fully informed and up to date on issues affecting them, including federal and state legislative developments, judicial actions, and regulatory changes. Our local NARFE Chapter 378 meetings are gatherings of Lawrence, KS (and surrounding area) Federal retirees/employees and their spouses.

Dues or fees:		First Year Dues = Retirees $33/year, Current Employees $25/year. Renewals similar, or less if multi-year renewal period.
Meetings:		We meet for Lunch (approx $10), a Featured Presentation, then a Business Meeting on the third Friday of each month from 12:00 p.m. to approx. 2:00 p.m. Locations vary. Call Linda Surritte below for this month's location.
