Information on C.H.A.T.S.

Update this information

CHATS is an approved provider for Douglas County District Court to conduct drug and alcohol evaluations. The weekend intervention program is a 48 hour program held in a local hotel. Upon conviction offenders are required to serve 48 hours in the jail, however, the courts have approved our program to be comparable to the 48 hours in jail. By spending the 48 hours with CHATS you will not have to serve your 48 hours in the jail. If you are a first time offender you also will receive the 20 hours of education that is required by law. SAVES YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!
