A youth program (8-18 years old) for track and field training and competition. With an emphasis on self improvement and fundamentals.

Fee includes USATF & AAU membership, participation at all practice sessions, participation at three developmental meets, and uniforms. (Additional $50 returnable deposit for uniforms)

We encourage parent participation and have many opportunities for parents to contribute.

Coaches are volunteers with a vast knowledge of track & field, coaching everything from racewalking to javelin.
