KVSA is committed to providing 'family friendly' soccer programs that: meet a variety of interests in soccer, ranging from casual recreational soccer to intensive learning experiences to highly competitive soccer, are safe, well-organized, and well-supervised, promote good sportsmanship and fair play, have teams coached by qualified and trained adults, include development programs for players, coaches and referees, have games refereed by qualified and trained referees, and, incorporate the latest developments in youth soccer at the state and national levels

KVSA will strive to involve the entire community at all levels to support and enhance its programs, including parents, former players, experienced coaches and referees, high school referees, and those who are committed to providing outstanding soccer programs for children. KVSA will continually look for ways to improve the its services in the delivery of these programs.
