EAT was founded in 1990 by Paul Stephen Lim, who teaches playwriting in the English Dept at KU. EAT productions of plays by his students have been performed at regional festivals of the American College Theatre Festival (ACTF) in the past five years.

We present staged readings and full productions of original scripts by KU students and also by playwrights who are not considered mainstream.
