A HUD funded neighborhood organization whose purpose is to facilitate understanding with the City of Lawrence; to maintain and enhance living conditions; to improve communications in East Lawrence; and to maintain good relations with businesses and organizations within our area. This is accomplished through bimonthly newsletters and meetings, an annual neighborhood clean-up, and annual fundraisers/parties.
