Information on Douglas County Preservation Alliance Update this informationNewsletter published 4 times a year to educate / inform public on current projects and events. Research and analysis of issues concerning land use planning, sprawl, preserved areas or structures, new highways, rural subdivision regulations, and agriculture are included. The group also provides displays & information at public events and assists rural owners who wish to get properties listed on the Kansas State Register of Historic Places. Main event of the year is old- fashioned church supper & program held in one of the rural communities in the county. It is an all-volunteer organization. Organization information
