LINK is currently seeking to fill the position of Serving Coordinator. The Lawrence Interdenominational Nutrition Kitchen is currently in its 23^rd year of serving Lawrence residents in need of nutrition and/or companionship. The Serving Coordinators position is part-time, approximately four (4) hours per day four (4) days per week. Normal serving days are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday requiring the Coordinator to be on-site 11:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. The successful candidate must:

• Be physically fit
• Be reliable self-starter
• Have great "people skills"
• Compassionate Chaplain on one hand - Stern Sergeant-of-Arms on the other hand.
• Work independently (unsupervised)
• Supervise the volunteer serving groups
• Supervise volunteer setup/cleanup groups
• Purchase/maintain needed supplies & food inventory

Starting hourly rate based on previous experience. Previous Social Service experience a great plus.
